1. Why am I being directed to PayPal to pay for my order?

PayPal is Lindsey Marcella's ordering interface. It is a 100% secure site, and you don't need to have a PayPal account to complete your order. Once you've entered your billing and shipping information on our site, you will be directed to a pre-populated PayPal page.

If you have a PayPal account, please login at the prompt. You can either complete payment using your saved banking information, or enter a credit card if you'd like to pay that way.

If you do not have a PayPal account, please complete your order with a credit card as it directs you.

2. How much is shipping?

Currently shipping is on the house! That means for every order, no matter the size, you pay nothing for shipping and handling charges.

3. My order is a gift. Can you help?

Lindsey Marcella always packages your order in either a box or pouch so it will be ready to gift. If you would like it wrapped, we can certainly do so. Please just make a note when you are placing your order.

4. Why am I being charged sales tax?

If your item is being shipped to the state of Ohio, you will be charged sales tax based on the county the order is being shipped to. You will see your rate as you are filling out your shipping address.

If you are not having anything sent to Ohio, you will not see any sales tax charges.

5. How can I be notified of sales?

Simply add your email address to your personal information when you are creating an account, and select that you'd like to receive email notifications. When Lindsey Marcella is planning an upcoming sale, you will be the first to hear about it!

6. I would love to host a party, but I don't live near you. Can you help?

Certainly! With our new website we can now allow you to host a "Virtual Party". This means that all of your guests will be given a special code to enter when they check out. This way your sales can be tracked so you know how much free jewelry you've earned.

Online parties run for one week, and at the end you will receive an email with your own coupon code so you can redeem your free jewelry!

If you are interested in either a physical party or an online one, please contact us so we can get it scheduled!

7. How come I can't see the full "larger image" pop up?

If you have clicked on an image to view it larger and can't see the whole thing, please click on the bottom corner to make it larger. This most likely will happen to you if you are using America Online. All other browsers should be fine, but if you do run into the problem you can still view the entire image just by enlarging the pop up box.
